Platform and DevOps lead with ten years of hands-on infrastructure work. Experience

• Own production infrastructure as code (OpenTofu, Ansible, Podman on Hetzner) and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry), including store and sales dashboards for the owner.
• Designed the AI delivery workflow: written working rules, a coordinator session, verification-only agent sessions, CI security gates (gitleaks, Trivy, Semgrep), staged releases and documented rollback points.
• Led the response to two WordPress breaches (Oct 2026): compromise scan, tested restore from backup, PHP 8.4 migration, nightly updates with snapshot rollback and a daily synthetic test purchase.
• Directed AI coding agents to build Flora, a headless commerce platform (Vendure, Astro) replacing WooCommerce for two country stores: 46 custom plugins and 3,300+ automated tests (Sep 2026); migration in progress.
• Built workflow automations in n8n (orders to Trello, backups, audit reports) and stock sync between stores, live since Sep 2026.

• Built and ran the GitLab CI/CD for Crio, a greenfield Rust product with strict security and compliance requirements: build caching, secrets and environment management, static analysis, fuzzing, container builds, vulnerability scanning and per-review environments.
• Operated Kubernetes on DigitalOcean for a SaaS backend; CI/CD for 10+ projects (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), preview environments per merge request, Cypress checks as a deploy gate and Fastlane for iOS delivery.
• Modelled infrastructure cost at target traffic for Newsdrop and replaced a proposed Firebase setup with Kubernetes, cutting projected monthly cost by ~78% (€2,000 → €450).
• As COO in parallel: grew the team from 5 to ~30, led 25+ hires and the company's response to losing 95%+ of revenue; from 2023 brought ChatGPT and Claude into the whole team's work.

• Designed and automated infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible; built CI/CD workflows in GitLab CI.
• Built monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki) and backup and restore workflows with runbooks.
• Delivered migrations across DigitalOcean and Hetzner, focused on stability and cost; client availability from ~90% to 99%+.
• One engagement (Plant Garden, from 2021) grew into a full technical lead role in 2026.
